The mattress is a bit thin, so I added a foam topper and a feather topper. This makes it fairly comfortable. When folded up, it is quite attractive and folks who come to my office sit on it more frequently than they do on the chairs that came with the office. Unfolded, my feet do not hang off (I am 5'10") and it is stable. It's a little lumpy-- but for the purpose it serves, it is most excellent.

Had a house full of guests due to a death in the family, so this new sleeper ottoman came just in time for my son to use it. He said it slept great with no problems. No bar in the back as in pull out sleepers of the old days. It also has a very stylish look that would fit in any room and has the rollers to easily move it around. Great Buy!.

I commute about an hour and a half each way from home up into the work so I needed something that would allow me to crash in my office in the event of inclement weather. This fold-out ottoman is fantastic for that purpose.

I purchased two of these for my studio/sewing room as an option for guests. They are easy to move and rearrange in the room, comfortable to sleep on and comfortable to sit on. For most people, the sleeping mattress is good, but for a large man, a mattress topper might make it more comfortable. Great for grandkids!
